His Style

We get real in the classroom.  While most consultants and coaches shy away from providing their clients specific, actionable ways to improve their performance, we do not avoid the hard topics or conversations. Sometimes it has to get uncomfortable before real change can happen.  Glenn has a unique style of engaging with participants as he guides them through experiences designed to help them connect the dots.
